Fees

Initial consultation:  1 session FREE  (1 hour)

1 Hour:  $60.00

E-mail option:  This is the preferred option for most people.  "1 Hour" includes one lengthy, detailed e-mail (complete with information, processes, exercises and other Spirit-inspired content tailored specifically for you), plus up to 2 short "check-in" e-mails each week.  This option is a better value in that email takes up to twice as long, so you receive (at least) two hours for the price of one.  You also gain the added benefits of not needing to schedule specific times, and can refer back to the information over and over at your leisure.

Phone option:  One hour phone discussion. 

If you live in the central or southern portion of California, or are planning a visit, we also can arrange an in-person session.

Options are mutually decided upon in advance when scheduling.  It is possible to blend two or more options together (such as emails plus phone, etc.)


How Do I Start?

Starting is easy. Just send an e-mail to me, Kitty, at lifebridgecenter4joyfulliving@gmail.com or use the Contact Form (on the Contact page) to let me know of your interest in Life Coaching. If you have questions, want further information, or to schedule your FREE initial consultation, just indicate so in your e-mail and you will receive a prompt reply. 


During your FREE initial consultation we can discuss any questions you may have and decide on your desired goals, options and schedule.  For most people we suggest an initial three-month period of one session per week (see above), but this varies greatly depending upon your unique desires and goals.  Some people choose a single session, others choose to maintain the coaching relationship for much longer.  The final decision is always yours.


How Do I Terminate?


You may terminate our relationship at any time.  We will refund any unused/unearned fees that may have been paid. We offer suggestions regarding length of time, but we require no formal time commitment, nor "contract."  From a single session to an on-going coaching relationship, as always, the decision is yours.
