What Is Life Coaching?
The term Coaching is used to mean many varied things: Career Coaching, Sports Coaching, Fitness Coaching, Health and Diet Coaching, Financial Coaching, and many others. Top athletes, actors, musicians, artists, and professionals from all walks of life are finding that the success they seek is significantly enhanced with effective mentor or coach. We use the term "Life Coach" interchangably with the term "Law of Attraction Mentor". In essence, it is having your own personal mentor to help you to achieve more, to be more productive and ultimately to increase the joy and happiness in your life.
Here at LifeBridge Center for Joyful Living we are dedicated to full Life Coaching based on The Law of Attraction. Whether you are mostly interested in discovering your unique "soul-path" in your career, attracting or developing relationships, succeeding financially, parenting, improving health, or any other aspect of your life, we understand that none of those can "stand alone." Each area of your life dovetails into, and is affected by, every other area; so we take a “whole life” approach. We are here to guide, uplift and inspire you to greater joy in all aspects of life. We create a tailor-made, flexible program, which can be long-term or short-term, exclusively customized to you, your interests, your goals, and your desires.
You have within you the answer to every question you have ever asked, or ever will ask. It is our desire and purpose to help you find your answers in an uplifting, fun and adventurous way.
Are You Ready For Coaching?
How do you know if you are ready for coaching? The only true "requirements" are a desire to increase the joy and ease of your life, and a willingness to explore the issues in your life together with your coach. You do not need to "believe in" any particular formula or any other specific teachings, nor do you need to delve into old issues from your life. Our Life Coaching is designed to meet you wherever you are, and together we can discover your unique path to whatever you desire. As with so many things in life, you will get as much from Life Coaching as you put into it -- and you will be surprised at how fast and seemingly effortlessly results can be realized. If you are ready for a life of Joy and ease, if you are ready to “take the wheel” of your own exceptional life, if you are ready to invest in YOU, then you are ready for Life Coaching.
A few thoughts to consider as you decide if Life Coaching is for you at this time:
Have you studied Law Of Attraction, seen the movie “The Secret” and others, and do you feel like it works consistently in your own life?
You are creating your own reality now. Do you feel that you deeply understand and know how that is happening?
Are you living your ideal life now?
Do you feel that you are living your life on purpose, with purpose?
Do you feel that you are in full control of how your life unfolds?
Do you feel as though you and God/The Universe are fully co-operating with each other to create the life you desire to live?
Do you feel like you know why you are here, in physical life?
Does your career/work world feel more like PLAY than “work?”
If your answer to these questions is "no," then you owe it to yourself to find out how coaching can bring you to a resounding "YES!"
How I Work With You:
We have found that the most advantageous method of coaching is via telephone calls when that can be arranged with various time zones. It is faster, with the ability to cover more topics in less time, and has the added advantage of "real time energy" during the call and a two-way discussion which can greatly facilitate having your questions answered as they come up.
The other option is e-mail coaching, which can be the preferred method when time zones prevent being on the phone at the same time, and has the benefit of being in writing; allowing you to refer back to the information over and over without needing to rely notes taken or on memory.
It is possible to blend the two methods together, phone conversations combined with some email sessions; however, the ultimate decision regarding method is yours. You decide what feels best for you.
In any endeavor, but especially in the "arena" of personal growth,
the major difference between being GOOD and being GREAT
is your level of commitment, your dedication,
your willingness to look within and your level of consistent, daily focus.
The difference between being GREAT and being PHENOMENALLY AWESOME,
is doing those things, and adding to it a loving, but firm, "mirror":
An understanding mentor, who has been where you are,
and who can reflect back to you the aspects in you that you cannot yet see in yourself.
